Cortices Technique

This technique balances the left brain logical thinking with the right brain intuitive thinking. (My personal go to on how to relieve stress)


Improves circulation within the brain.

Improves mental clarity.

Relaxing.


Application

1. Hand on base of skull.

2. Tap out head, sternum and around navel for 2 full breaths.

3.Move hand up along the skull. Tap out.

4.Repeat until you reach just above the eyebrows.

5. Lastly, hold the sides of the head. Tap out.
